Review: Having been wreath making before I was looking forward to an evening at Daisies in Bloom. I started the process, chatting with my friend. I was soon cut short by the woman running the experience saying I was doing it wrong and she pulled off the foliage I had added. Apparently you have to put them in piles first.
I don’t know her name as she never introduced herself nor was bothered to find out our names. The whole evening she picked on tiny irrelevant things she thought I was doing wrong, to the point of passive aggression. Making unkind comments asking if I was left handed as that would explain why. No longer enjoying myself I went silent and listened to her moaning about how tired she was and regaling bad stories of her customers that shocked me. I know she will now add me to this as she clearly took a dislike and made a night I had PAID for quite miserable.

Review: After a few phone calls and far too many texts on my part, Ali was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in terms of what would look good together and provided amazing customer service and an absolutely beautiful final product. As I’m no longer in the area, I wanted to support a local business, and I’m very glad I did, because the recipient of the flowers was overjoyed. Ali then sent me a photo of the flowers when they were done and told me how my friend reacted when she received them; above and beyond the call of duty. I’m really happy with the whole experience. Considering they were arranged and delivered within 24h, and on a Saturday afternoon, as well as for a very reasonable price, this kind of service is almost unheard of nowadays! I’ll definitely be using Daisies in Bloom for any of my future local floral needs. I highly recommend you do the same. Review: I had a lovely experience with this florist, I had my wedding flowers created and delivered on Saturday to my specification.
They were beautiful and just the right colours (blues/purples and dusty pinks) and textures I was looking for, I’ve kept my bouquet in water and it’s still going strong.

Review: I’ve used this florist a few times since opening and I was always happy with the flowers, but my latest order has me rather sad. The usually lovely full bouquet has gotten so small, my latest order is still very pretty, but for £42 I expected a much nicer bunch with better quality flowers, half of them are wilted already. It was mostly made up of cheaper flowers with only a couple of more expensive ones, I don’t see how it is justified. There seems to be flowers missing that are in the description? I could get 3 big bunches from the supermarket, put them together for the same price and much nicer flowers… So I am perplexed. The box base is larger than the overall bunch, which makes it look measly. I paid in advance and now I feel cheated. I won’t be going back after this unfortunately.
