Review: One star for on-time delivery (but I’d like to think so when they charge £6.99).
One star for the yellow flowers being the same as some in the picture.
But I am hugely disappointed. The recipient sent me a picture thanking me, but when I seen the picture, I was so disappointed.
I know I selected the ‘standard’ rather than ‘Grand’ or ‘Superior’, but I didn’t expect the standard to be so disappointing compared to the image. I suggest perhaps having images of all types (standard/Grand/superior) on your website to help your customers better determine what they want to buy. If I had seen an image of this ‘standard’ bouquet, I certainly wouldn’t have spent £28.50 on it.
The description on the website says ‘Send somebody a ray of sunshine!’, ‘A bright and cheerful arrangement’.
These are not cheerful at all, they are sad to look at.

Review: Very disappointed with the flowers I had ordered for my stepfathers funeral, curling up edges and not fresh ,they may not of been the most expensive but given the choice to buy from a florist rather then an independent person I did expect them to be better.

Review: Recreated my wife’s wedding bouquet on short notice. Stunned, ‘That’s my bouquet’, was the first thing she said.
Hotel I booked for a surprise date night dinner and overnight stay, let me down informing me the flowers I’d ordered for the room were not available, 10am the morning of!
A Local search and 10 minutes on the website led me to call Lesley’s.
With low expectations given the last minute request, I asked if there was anyway they could approximate my wife’s seasonal summer wildflower wedding bouquet with what they had on hand that day…in November. They said they could do it for £10 less than the budget I had in mind and deliver them too.
I sent the reference picture in at 11:15 and they were delivered to my door at 15:15. I can’t thank you enough for the look on my wife’s face when I have them to her and her words should tell you how well you did.
Four days later and they still look fantastic!
