Review: I regret deeply about my decision to deliver flowers (order 2995756) with Direct2florists to a friend of mine today… Everything went wrong… Even my friend’s name handwritten on an empty envelope is incorrect (Irena instead of Irina) ! And no card added ! Awful service for £54.15 paid… I placed my Sunrise flowers order and I was informed that there is an issue with a florist and some other florist will be in charge – as I can see now this is Linda’s florist. As per Direct2Florists – no emails response received, no customer support at all.. I feel shame to give this bouquet as a gift as my order looked completely different..

Review: So incredibly disappointed. I called and explained exactly what I wanted the bouquet to look like. It was a very special gift for my mum ( a retired florist) on her 80th birthday, I was encouraged to spend more than my budget, which I was happy to do to get the size of bouquet I wanted.
I was so disappointed when I collected this mediocre bouquet. The lady did add more foliage but given the money I’d paid it was dismal and dated. The flowers were daises and chrysanthemums. 2x gerbs were the most expensive flowers in there. Definitely won’t be going there again. Feel totally ripped off, not what mum deserved on her special day.

Review: Absolute rip off. We placed an online order for flower arrangement for £170. The flowers on the picture is what we’ve got. I don’t think that this worth more then £75 , looking at their website and price list. Contacted them and asked to provide me with invoice- they refused. The explanation was that they worked with what they had in my chosen colour scheme , but for sure you had my contact details to call and say we don’t have enough etc . -you don’t just overcharge people. I didn’t appreciate the offer to have another one done as it shows how they don’t care about their customers- they clearly knew that what they produced was nowhere near enough for £170 . Very poor , definitely will look for someone else who appreciate their customers more , as we need very often flowers for larger budget.
As a response to your follow up – Yes I refused to bring it back and have another one done as established business you should not make such of errors. I was very disappointed with what we’ve got and no one who saw the flowers was impressed considering what we have paid. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I had to do it . Asked for an invoice with breakdown of the cost and was refused one as clearly you cant justify the cost with what is included in the arrangement.
