Review: This replaces a negative previous review which I have now taken down. It would appear that due to a misunderstanding plus a tech problem with undelivered email, both unnecessary friction and subsequent dissatisfaction occurred.
This was solely on my part and when Rebecca was finally able to reach out to me, going to the lengths of finding a telephone link through a third party, her concern was both genuine and justifiable.
A good business is all about good customer service and this was fully delivered – albeit delayed due to no fault of Hythe Flower Shop. A hand delivered bouquet of Spring flowers was very much appreciated and brightened my day.

Review: It was the day before my wedding day when the original florist phoned to tell us that they wouldn’t be able to get us the flowers we had ordered because they hadn’t been organised. Luckily the people at the Flower Lounge managed to pull together a beautiful bouquet and button holes on a few hours notice for my now wife and groomsmen. I honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they did. 10/10 would recommend for some amazing flowers!
